We have multiple warehouses and it is possible that your order will ship in more than one package.
Can I return an item?
We will gladly accept returns for up to 15 days from the original purchase date. You may return any item, except for personalized or custom-made items.
Please contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org to get a Return ID Number and obtain the proper mailing address to return the item. We utilize multiple warehouses and all returns MUST contain a Return ID Number and be sent to the correct address for processing.
We only accept returns on new, unused, re-sellable merchandise. Please include all original packaging, receipt, documentation, and tags along with the merchandise being returned so that we may process your request in a timely manner.
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the return of any merchandise. All items being returned must be fully insured. American Paw Partners will not provide refunds for any packages lost or stolen, packages that do not contain a Return ID Number, or packages that are mailed to incorrect address.
Return shipping cost will be reimbursed by American Paw Partners if we sent you an incorrect or defective item. In all other cases, the buyer is responsible for paying to ship the item back to us.
We do not charge any restocking fees for returning an item. You will receive full store credit for 100% of your purchase price, less any shipping charges you paid in the original transaction.
All refunds are given in the form of store credit. Once your return is received and inspected to be in new, unused condition and approved for refund, we will contact you within 10 business days with a voucher code to be used towards the purchase of any merchandise in our store. We will not issue any refunds via check or credit card.
